FakeMRR provides a digital service that allows users to generate screenshots of websites.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Our Service operates on a credit-based system and a subscription model. One (1) credit equals one (1) successful startup/founder screenshot generation.
These packs are non-recurring, one-time payments. Credits purchased via these packs are added to your account balance immediately.
Starter Pack (5 Credits): Cost: €1.00.
Project Pack (20 Credits): Cost: €2.90.
Growth Pack (500 Credits): Cost: €7.90.
Credit Packs: All purchases of credit packs are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a credit pack, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the credits and waive any right to a refund, even for unused credits.
You agree not to use the Service to capture screenshots of websites that contain:
Illegal content (including child sexual abuse material).
Content that promotes violence or hatred.
Phishing or malicious software.
We reserve the right to ban any account found using the Service for illegal or malicious purposes without refund.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the screenshots you generate using our Service.
Our Service: The code, design, and infrastructure of FakeMRR remain the exclusive property of FakeMRR.
In no event shall FakeMRR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
